What Is Normal?

What is normal some disabled people refer to able bodied people as "normal". Everyone on this planet is different. Therefore nobody is normal.
A person with one leg sure they might have one leg but try talking to them. They have views the same as you or I. The blind person sure they cannot see but they are still human they have feelings.
Parents are to blame I feel for the prejudices, because children know no different. Most less able bodied people are happy to answer kids questions about their disability. If children are aware that deep down people are all the same there would be less bullying in schools.
The person with mental health problems they are still normal they just see life differently.
I try to treat everyone equally. I'm not religious but in the bible it states treat others as you wish to be treated yourself. If you see a person in a wheel chair, don't stand over them when your talking get down to their level and talk to them eye to eye. The deaf person. If you don't have the ability to use sign language try looking at them face on. A lot of deaf people can lip read so don't put your hand over your mouth. If all else fails get a pad and a pen and write down what you want to say.
The blind person don't assume the need help when crossing the road and just grab them to guide them across. Ask if they need help and offer them your elbow. If a person is having difficulties talking have patience and don't try and rush or interrupt them.
In conclusion people need to adapt both able and disabled people. If we work together we could live harmoniously.
